摘 要:根据武汉城市发展相关数据,应用因子分析方法对城市发展水平进行综合测算,构建了城市发展综合指数,运用回归模型对城市发展综合指数和工业"三废"分别进行耦合分析并建模,探究武汉城市发展对城市环境的影响。研究表明:武汉城市发展水平与城市环境显著相关,随着城市发展水平的提高,城市废水排放总量呈"N"型变化,由于城市非农人口的增加,生活废水排放的增加超过了环境技术进步和工业结构调整对工业废水减排的贡献,使废水排放总量目前呈上升趋势;武汉废气排放量一直呈上升趋势;工业固体废弃物的排放量呈正"U"型,目前也呈上升趋势。基于研究结果分析,提出促进武汉城市经济与环境协调发展的对策建议。Based on the data of Wuhan, we develop an urban development composite index by factor analysis methods. Then urban development composite index and the industrial "three wastes" are coupled respectively through regression models, in order to explore the impacts of Wuhan city development to urban environment. The research shows that Wuhan urban development was significantly correlated with the urban environment. With the level of urban development rising, total volume of waste water discharged was changed as "N". Due to the increase of urban non - agricultural population, the increase of sanitary waste water discharged were more than the decrease of industrial waste water discharged through the progress of environmental technology and industrial structural ad- justment, so the total volume of waste water discharged are in upward trend. Total volume of waste gas emission of Wuhan city is in an upward trend. Volume of industrial solid wastes produced was changed as "U", are in an up- ward trend. Based on the results analyzed, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the coordinated development of economy and environment of Wuhan.
