清咽贴颈部贴敷治疗慢性咽炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察清咽贴颈部贴敷治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法52例慢性咽炎患者。随机分为治疗组26例和对照组26例，治疗组给予清咽贴治疗，对照组以玄麦甘枯颗粒治疗，观察临床疗效。结果治疗组痊愈5例，显效15例，有效2例，无效4例，对照组痊愈2例，显效9例，有效8例，无效7例。两组显效率比较有显著差异（x2=6．47，P〈O．05），两组总有效率比较无显著差异（x2=1．03，P〉O．05）。结论清咽贴颈部贴敷治疗慢性咽炎，能很快控制病情，减轻咽部症状，有较好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the Qingyan Paste on treatment of chronic pharyngitis by local paste in the neck. Methods 52 patients with chronic pharyngitis were randomly and equally divided into 2 groups, the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group applied with Qingyan Paste, and the control group was administrated with Xuanmaiganji granule. Results In treatment group 5 cases were cured, and 15 cases with obvious response, 2 cases with efficacy and 4 cases without efficacy were observed. In the control group 2 cases were cured, and 9 cases with obvious response, 8 cases with efficacy and 7 cases without efficacy was suggested. The obvious response rate in the two groups showed obvious clinical significance （x2=6.47, P〈0.05）, but without statistical difference in the total effective rate （x2=1.03, P〉0.05）.Conclusion Qingyan paste can quickly control the chronic pharyngitis and relieve the throat symptoms.
