麝香保心丸对兔腹主动脉粥样硬化的治疗作用

摘　　要：目的探讨麝香保心丸对兔腹主动脉粥样硬化的治疗作用。方法纯种雄性4个月龄新西兰大白兔30只,随机分为正常饮食组10只和高脂饮食组20只,高脂饮食组在高脂饮食喂养3d后行内皮剥脱术,6周后再随机分为高脂饮食对照组和麝香保心丸组各10只,高脂饮食对照组继续饲喂高脂饮食并每天生理盐水10mL灌胃,麝香保心丸组除继续喂养高脂饮食外,3次/d,每次2粒麝香保心丸灌胃,均连续2周,喂养8周后测定各组血脂水平、腹主动脉斑块厚度、内膜-中层厚度及二者比值。结果喂养8周时,麝香保心丸组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇、三酰甘油水平低于高脂饮食对照组(P<0.05),高脂饮食对照组高于正常饮食组(P<0.05);高脂饮食对照组腹主动脉粥样硬化斑块厚度及斑块与内膜-中层厚度比值高于麝香保心丸组(P<0.05);麝香保心丸组高于正常饮食对照组(P<0.05)。结论麝香保心丸可作为治疗动脉粥样硬化的一种有效而安全的药物。Objective To observe the effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on abdominal aortic atherosclerosis in rabbits.Methods Thirty New Zealand rabbits aged 4 months were randomly divided into normal diet group（n=10） and high-fat diet group（n=20）.After high-fat diet for three days,the rabbits underwent endothelial denudation.Six weeks later,rabbits in high-fat diet group were randomly divided into high-fat diet control group（n=10） and Shexiang Baoxin Pill group（n=10）.The high-fat diet control group continued the high-fat diet and received 10 mL normal saline by gavage.Shexiang Baoxin Pill was administered orally 2 pills each time,three times a day,totally for 2 weeks in Shexiang Baoxin Pill group in addition to high-fat diet.Eight weeks later,the lipid level,thickness of plaque,intima-media thickness（IMT） and the ratio of plaque thickness to IMT were detected in all groups.Results After 8 weeks,the levels of total cholesterol,triacylglycerol and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol were lower in Shexiang Baoxin Pill group than those in high-fat diet group（P0.05）,and higher in high-fat diet group than those in normal diet group（P0.05）.Compared with high-fat diet group,the plaque thickness and the ratio of plaque thickness to IMT decreased obviously in Shexiang Baoxin Pill group（P0.05）,and increased obviously in Shexiang Baoxin Pill group compared with normal diet group（P0.05）.Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin Pill is effective and safe in the treatment of atherosclerosis.
