摘　　要：皮肤细胞凋亡在许多皮肤疾病的发生、发展过程中起着非常重要的作用 ,因维持细胞增殖、分化和死亡之间的平衡离不开细胞凋亡。紫外线、自由基形成剂、某些药物等均可引起皮肤角朊细胞和成纤维细胞的凋亡。在化妆品科研开发过程中 ,应当加紧基础科学的研究和发展 ,将细胞凋亡的概念应用到该领域是必要和迫切的。在一定范围内 ,促进皮肤细胞的增殖、促进分化和减少细胞凋亡有利于皮肤的生长发育 ,同时加速衰老细胞和不必要细胞的凋亡有利于维持皮肤的正常更新换代 ,延缓皮肤衰老的发生。The apoptosis of skin cells play an important role in many dermatopathies by maintaining the balances of cell proliferation,differentiation and cell death.Ultraviolet irradiation,free radicals and some drugs can cause skin keratinocyte or fibroblast apoptosis.It is urgent and requisite for the cosmetics industry to improve fundamental scientific research methods and technology,so the introduction of the concept of apoptosis into the field of cosmetic research is necessary.For some extent,improving the cell proliferation,increasing cell differentiation and decreasing the occurence of apoptosis are conductive to skin metabolism,development and growth,at the same time to stimulate the senescent cellsand unneeded cellsapoptosis also have obvious significance in anti-aging of skin.
