摘　　要：分析了分子筛脱蜡装置中吸附剂ADS-14分子筛经5年运行活性下降的原因。采用水洗再生方法,并对再生方案进行优化,在较短时间内脱除分子筛吸附的硫、氮等杂质,分子筛回收率从再生前的84％提高至再生后的95％,延长了使用寿命。The reasons of the activity-loss of ADS-14 adsorbent are analyzed, which the ADS-14 has been used for five years. The project of water-washing was optimized. Impurities (S, N) absorbed on the zeolite are removed by water-washing in short time. The recovery of TNP raised from 85% before regenerating to 95% after regenerating. The useful life of zeolite is extend.
