摘  要:因特网应用于图书馆的实践,孕育和发展着图书馆2.0,使Lib2.0具有区别于1.0的特点,用户参与成为Lib2.0建立和发展的关键所在,客观上对图书馆发展提出新的要求,需要在专业性、服务性、资源、交流性、满足性等方面建立和培育新的用户关系。文章从用户需求、合理期望、体验价值及其相关性四个维度构建WEVR用户关系培育体系,旨在挖掘用户参与的驱动力,并强调该体系的运行需在用户参与理念、开放管理模式及多元激励体制等方面的支撑下才能实现可持续的发展。The practice that Internet applied in thelibraries, promotes the development of lib2.0 and makes it different with lib1.0. Users' participation becomes the key for the establishment and development of lib2.0 and puts forward some new demands on library development. Therefore, a new relationship between them should be formed based on specialty, services, resources, communication, satisfaction, and so on. The article buildsa WEVRcustomer relationship cultivating system from the users' needs, the reasonable expectations, experience value and relevance, aiming at mining the driving force of users' participation, and stresses that the sustainable development of the system requires the support of concepts for users' participation, open management mode, diverse incentives, etc.
