摘　　要：香港高校图书馆网站的版权政策涉及版权政策的法律依据、受版权保护的作品范围、合理使用、权利声明、馆际互借/文献传递、侵权后果、免责声明和版权保护组织八个方面的内容。经过比较,相关政策既有可取之处,也有值得商榷的地方。The copyright policies of academic library websites in Hong Kong cover the perspectives as follows： ~egal basis of copyright policy, ranges of works protected by copyright law, fair use, statement of copyright, interlibrary loan/document delivery, consequences of copyright infringement, disclaimer and copyright advocacy groups. By comparison, these policies mean a lot, but they are not consummate yet.
