摘　　要：文章从我国数字图书馆网络资源侵权案入手,在分析我国近年法院受理的数字图书馆资源网络传播侵权行为案件的基础上,对侵权案件的特征、侵权方式以及侵权原因进行了研究,并提出了数字图书馆资源版权保障机制和规避侵权行为的可行性解决对策与建议。This paper started from the infringement of information dissemination via network in China＇s digital libraries, analyzed the status of these torts in the digital libraries of China, and proposed the ways of guaranteeing the copyright of digital library sources and avoiding the torts of information dissemination via network.
