摘　　要：目的研制一种新型的比格犬固定器。方法根据比格犬的体型大小设计出一种不锈钢固定架,将犬俯卧于固定架上,四肢穿过支撑体重的布垫糸在下方的横框上。结果此方法可长时间同时固定多条非麻醉状态的比格犬,适合于静脉推注或滴注给药以及多时间点静脉采血等操作。结论为比格犬研制出一种结构简单、操作方便的固定器。Objective To develop a novel fixator for beagles. Methods To devise a stainless steel frame according to the body size of Beagles, on which the dogs stay in a prone position on a canvas pad of the upper frame, their legs are bound to the lower frame, and their heads can move freely. Results Conscious Beagles can be fixed on the fixator for a long time and this fixing method is suitable for drug infusion or repeated blood-taking. Conclusion We have successfully developed a simple and convenient fixator for Beagle dogs in laboratory experiments.
