摘　　要：城市社区卫生服务机构现有的治理结构总体呈现出决策、执行和监督机制不健全,内部组织结构单一的共同特征;又因举办主体的不同,分别表现出各自的治理结构特点。法人化是促进城市社区卫生服务机构有效性的需要,是实现城市社区卫生服务机构公益性的需要,是保障城市社区卫生服务机构独立性的需要。The existing governance structures of urban community health service institutions have some common characteris- tics, including unsound decision＇making, execution and supervision mechanism with single internal organization structure. Mean- while ,different characteristics of governance structures are embodied from different sponsors. Corporation is helpful to promote the effectiveness, achieve the public welfare and ensure the independence of urban community health service institutions.
