摘　　要：科研管理是医院管理中的重要组成部分,文章分析了近十年来新疆医科大学第一附属医院科研管理模式的变化,总结了该院科研管理部门对科研管理过程的改进措施及取得的效果。对医院科研管理提出了一些积极的建议。Scientific research management is an important part of hospital management. Advance of scientific research man- agement mode in the First Agiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in last decade was analyzed. And the measures to im- prove scientific research management and their effect were summarized. Based on which, some suggestions were put forward.
