摘　　要：知情同意原则是指导医学人体试验开展的基本原则,而医方告知义务是保障这一原则实现的主要手段。在理论与立法方面,有关医学人体试验中医方告知义务的主体与对象,内容与标准等存在较大争议和混乱,需要重新加以厘定。The doctrine of informed consent is a fundamental principle in the medical human trial, and the obligation to in- form which is assumed by medical side is the key legal steps to guarantee the effectiveness of this principle. But theoretically and in the legislation, some basic conceptions of the obligation to inform, such as the subject and content, which still are disputed and confused. Those shall be reviewed.
