摘　　要：减阻膜可以有效的减小飞机紊流摩擦阻力。沟纹膜层的成型是制造减阻膜的关键之一。作者利用挤出辊型的方法成型出了聚氨酯沟纹膜层 ,文中就所用设备及成型工艺作了比较详细的介绍。所成型出的沟纹膜层达到了设计要求。s Drag from turbulent flow of airplane could be appreciably reduced by means of polymer film with riblets.Moulding of the film with riblets was the key of the development of the film with riblets.The authors had moulded PU film with riblets for drag reduction by extruding rolling technique,and the machinery and moulding process were introduced in detail.
