摘 要:目的:比较乳腺癌术后患者与乳腺增生病患者任脉经穴关元穴体表红外辐射光谱特性。方法:采用高灵敏度PHE201体表红外光谱仪,观察了29例乳腺癌术后患者与30例乳腺增生病患者关元穴1.5~16μm波段体表红外辐射光谱的差异。结果:乳腺癌术后组与乳腺增生病组关元穴红外辐射强度不同,乳腺癌术后组关元穴红外辐射强度低于乳腺增生病组;在59个波长检测点中,21个波长检测点(3.0μm,10.25~14.25μm,14.75μm,15.75μm,16.0μm),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关元穴红外辐射强度的差异可能与乳腺癌的发生仅仅是全身进行性疾病的局部表现,虽然病理组织切除了,但体质并未改善有关。Objective:To compare differences of surface infrared radiation spectrum of Gnanyuan (RN4)between breast cancer patients after mastectomy and patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands. Methods : A high - sensitive PHE201 surface infrared spectrograph was used to detect infrared radiation spectrum of Guanyuan(RN4) at 1.5 -16p^m wave band in the patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands and breast cancer patients after mastectomy. Result :The infrared radia- tion spectrum of Guanyuan(RN4) between breast cancer patients after mastectomy and patients with hyperplasia of mam- mary glands were significantly different. Statistically significant difference of wave bands were 3.01xm, 10.25 ~ 14.25 Ixm, 14.75 Ixm, 15.75 Ixm, 16.01xm ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Differences in intensity of infrared radiation of Guangyuan (RN4) may be associated with the patients with different constitutions of Chinese medicine.
