降脂康胶囊对高脂血症患者血液流变学的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察降脂康胶囊对高脂血症患者血液流变学的影响。方法:治疗组60例用自制降脂康胶囊,对照组60例用血脂康胶囊治疗,疗程均为8周。检测两组治疗前后全血低、中、高切黏度、全血还原黏度、血浆黏度、HCT、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞变性指数、ESR、血沉方程K值、纤维蛋白原等血液流变学指标并做统计学分析。结果:治疗组和对照组血液流变学各指标均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:降脂康胶囊对高脂血症患者血液流变学指标改善有积极意义。Objective： To observe the effect on hemorheology of hyperlipemia patients treated by Jiangzhikang Cap- sule. Method ：60 cases were treated by home - made Jiangzhikang Capsule as the study group while 60 cases were treated by Xuezhikang Capsule as the control group. Both of the two groups＇treatment courses were 8 weeks. Hemorheology inde- xes of both groups of pretreatment and post - treatment were examined, such as low, middle and high shearing viscosity of whole blood, reduced Viscosity of whole blood, PV, HCT, E13,throcyte aggregation index, Erythrocyte rigidity index, RBC de- formation index, ESR, K value in ESR equatiou, FBG, and so on. Result ： Hemorheology indexes of both groups had been impt^oved compared with that of pretreatment（ P 〈 O. 05 ）. But tile therapeutic effect of the study group was superior to that of the control group obviously（ P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion： Jiangzhikang Capsule has certain effect on improving hemo- theology index of hyperlipemia patients.
