鬼针草煎液对DM大鼠模型血糖水平及肝HK、血清FFA含量影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨鬼针草煎液对DM模型大鼠的血糖及己糖激酶、肝糖元、游离脂肪酸水平的影响,研究鬼针草的降糖作用及机制。方法:采取长期高脂饮食后腹腔注射STZ复制糖尿病模型大鼠,设立对照组,通过单味鬼针草煎剂不同剂量灌胃观测空腹血糖、肝己糖激酶、肝糖元、游离脂肪酸水平变化。结果:鬼针草煎剂能够显著降低空腹血糖水平、血清FFA(游离脂肪酸)含量,升高肝脏HK(己糖激酶)活性、肝糖原含量。结论:鬼针草煎液能降低DM模型大鼠空腹血糖水平和游离脂肪酸水平。Objective ： To investigate the effect and mechanism of Bidens decoction on hexokinase glucose, glycogen and free fatty acids levels of rat model of DM. Methods ： The long - term high - fat diet after intraperitoneal injection of STZ was used to replicate rat model of diabetes, setting up the control group. Different doses of Bidens decoction were intragas-trically administrated and fasting blood glucose, liver hexokinase, glycogen as well as free fatty acids level changes were observed. Results：Bidens decoction can significantly reduce fasting blood glucose levels, serum FFA levels,increase liver HK activity and glycogen content. Conclusion：Bidens decoction can reduce fasting blood glucose level and free fatty acid levels of DM rats.
