摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位埋线对痰湿型多囊卵巢综合征患者临床症状的影响。方法:将100例痰湿型多囊卵巢患者随机分为对照组、治疗组,治疗组用穴位埋线治疗,对照组口服中药,两组疗程均为3个月。结果:治疗组治疗后症状改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线治疗能有效改善多囊卵巢综合症患者症状。Objective： To evaluate the effects of catgut implantation at acupoint therapy for PCOS patients with phlegm -dampness in clinic symptoms. Methods ：100 PCOS patients were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients in treatment group were treated with catgut implantation at acupoint therapy, while 50 cases in control group with Chinese medicine. The course of the treatments was three months. Results ： The patients in the treatment group recovered better than the ones in the control group （ P 〈 O. 05）. Conclusion ：Treatment of catgut implantation at acupoint may improve the symptoms of PCOS patients with phlegm- dampness effectively.
