穴位埋线法对心脾两虚型失眠症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:确立穴位埋线法对心脾两虚型失眠症的治疗地位。方法:对60例心脾两虚型失眠症病例随机分为埋线组和针刺组(各30例),以匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表评分、中医症状评分及睡眠率、中医症状疗效指数进行疗效观察。结果:两组治疗前后均能有效降低评分(PSQI总分及各项目P<0.01或P<0.05);治疗后埋线组在改善患者PSQI总分及睡眠质量、日间功能优于针刺组(P<0.01),其余五项无明显差异(P>0.05)。两组均有效改善患者的中医症状,但埋线组改善中医症状优于针刺组(P<0.01);通过疗效指数分析,两组总有效率无明显差异(P>0.05),显效率则有明显差异(P<0.01),说明埋线组更能取得明显疗效。结论:穴位埋线法治疗心脾两虚型失眠症优于单纯针刺法。Objective ： To establish the acupoint catgut embedding method of spleen deficiency type of insomnia. Meth- ods ：60 cases of heart and spleen deficiency type of insomnia were randomly divided into catgut embedding therapy group and acupuncture group（30 eases in each group）. Pittsburgh sleep quality index（PSQI） scale score,TCM symptom score and sleep rate and symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine curative effect index were observed. Results ： The two groups before and after treatment can reduce the score （ score of PSQI and project,P 〈 O. 01 or P 〈 0.05 ） ;after the treatment eat- gut embedding group in improving patients PSQI total scores and quality of sleep and daytime function was better than ac- upuncture grou（P 〈0.01 ） ,the remaining five had no significant difference（P 〉0.05）. The two groups were effective on improving patient symptoms, but catgut embedding group improved symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine was better than acupuncture group（ P 〈 0. O1 ） ;by the index analysis, the total efficiency of two groups had no significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ） , significant efficiency is significantly different （ P 〈 0.01 ） , description of catgut embedding group can obtain apparent effect. Conclusion ：The point catgut embedding therapy for heart and spleen deficiency type of insomnia is better than that of simple acupuncture.
