方证辨证与中医体质的关系

摘　　要：在临床辨治过程中,方证辨证具有高效、便捷的优点,是目前研究的一个热点。方证辨证中的方和证之间的联系紧密,牢不可破,有是证便用是方;证是致病因素与体质相互作用而使机体产生的疾病状态;方剂不仅可以直接治疗相应的证,还可以直接针对体质进行调理,增强人体正气和抗病能力。因此,结合患者的体质因素进行方证辨证是非常有必要的。With efficiency and convenience in clinic, the syndrome differentiation by prescription and syndrome is a hot issue for the current years. Being close relationship between the prescription and the syndrome, if there is manifesta- tion of this syndrome, we can use its corresponding prescription. The syndrome is a morbid condition in which the consti- tution interaets with the pathogenic factors. The prescription can not only work on its corresponding syndrome directly, but also improve the condition of the constitution simultaneously, strengthening the healthy qi and the body＇s resistance against disease. Therefore, it is necessary for us to combine the syndrome differentiation by prescription and syndrome with the constitution.
