摘　　要：介绍20世纪末到21世纪初这一人类历史重要转折时期建筑设计领域中出现的未来主义的倾向,指出这种倾向与之前的未来建筑的发展有本质的区别;全球化、信息化促成了新时期未来建筑的繁荣,也使得它更贴近我们的现实生活,建筑师也将面对未来发展的一系列问题。Reviewing the identities of future building development since 20th century, this paper makes comparison with the futurism trends appeared in the architectural field from the late 20th century to the early 21st century, The study on architecture itself with historical background shows us the essential difference of the future building development now and before. The reflection of the future building development could be helpful for making architectural design adapted to various problems which mankind will be faced with.
