摘　　要：谷歌搜索服务在退出中国大陆后,其自由流通的信息触角在欧洲一些国家引起警觉与抵制。侵犯网络用户隐私、漠视数字作品版权等行为,是西方推行新自由主义的体现。他们所谓的信息传播自由不过是新自由主义在金融危机期间的一种坚持而已。我们应发挥我国制度优势,尽快创新网络审查机制,加快媒介融合之路,保护公民权利。Google＇ s antennae of information flowing freely caused European countries＂ alertness and even resistance after its services of searching has gone out of Chinese mainland. Google ignored the digital copyright and infringe net users privacy, which embodied the neo - liberal policy by the west. The freedom of internet communication they advocate is just another form of neo - liberalism persisted in the financial crisis. This thesis concluded the essence of the freedom of internet communication pursued by the capitalist countries by means of analyzing Google＇s infringement, and thus put forward what to deal with the freedom of spread.
