摘　　要：案例研究与扎根理论研究是管理创新研究中最为常用的探索性研究方法,然而现有文献却难以对实际应用进行有效指导。在结合国内外诸多学者观点的基础上,重点分析了案例研究与扎根理论研究的分析步骤及应注意的事项,从而建构起具体的操作框架,并在最后阐述了两种研究方法的异同及使用误区,以便为研究者正确、规范地使用两种方法提供借鉴。Although case study and grounded theory study are the widely used research methods in management innovation, the existing literatures are difficult to effectively guide the practical operation. On the basis of research achievements of the domestic and foreign scholars, thi paper focus on the analysis steps and precautions of ease study and grounded the- ory study, and builds practical operational frameworks. Finally, the paper describes the wrong applications of the two research methods so as to provide the accurate and normative references for researchers.
