摘　　要：在分析上海高等学校的分类现状的基础上,以上海理工类地方高校群为研究对象,分别选取科研经费和论文专利等作为R&D资源投入和产出的主要指标,就2005—2009年间的统计数据进行分析。根据分类指导的思想和投入产出理论提出在理工类地方高校群对R&D资源绩效评价的初步设想。On the basis of classification situation in Shanghai universities, taking Shanghai technology group of local universities as an example, the paper selects research funding, papers and patents as the main indicators of the R＆D resources inputs and outputs. It analyzes statistical data between 2005-2009. Finally, based on the category comparison of thought and input - output theory, the paper propose a R＆D resource performance evaluation system of local university.
