摘　　要：在界定南海都市型产业的定义和范围的基础上,总结南海在发展都市型产业的主要做法及成效,深入分析其主要特点,并为今后进一步发展提供对策建议,为珠三角地区实现"产业转型、城市转型"提供经验借鉴。On the basis of definition of urban industry, the article analyses the modus operandi and effectiveness of the development of urban industry in Nanhai and researches the main characteristics. Then, the paper provides the advice to promote the development of urban industry in Nanhai, which can provide the experience and inspiration for the industry and city development in Pearl River Delta district.
