摘　　要：车载用陶瓷电容器的工作条件苛刻 ,工作温度上限要求高达 1 5 0℃。文内介绍满足这类用途的X8R电容器瓷料。介电常数大于 2 5 0 0 (最高达 45 0 0 ) ,tgδ小于 1 .2 % ,在 -5 5℃～ + 1 5 0℃温度范围内的电容量变化率ΔC/C2 5℃ 小于± 1 5 %。The working condition is very harsh for ceramic capacitors used in vehicles as their maximum operating temperature is as high as 150℃,this article describes X8R capacitor ceramics which can meet such high requirements.The dielectric contant is larger than 2500(maximum value is 4500),tgδ is less than 1.2%. When the temperature range is -55℃ to +150℃,the change of capacitance (ΔC/C 25℃ ) is less than ±15%.
