中文版欧洲五维健康量表在慢性肾脏病患者中的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的:评价中文版欧洲五维量表(the euroqol group's 5-domain 3 level questionnaire,EQ-5D-3L)应用于成年慢性肾脏病患者的信度和效度。方法:应用EQ-5D-3L量表对450例慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)患者进行面对面访谈,2月后随机抽取45例患者进行重测。结果:信度检验显示健康描述系统内部一致性信度Cronbach'α系数为0.815,五维度及可视化评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)的重测信度在0.150～0.450之间;效度检验结果显示健康描述系统中的行动能力、自我照顾、日常活动三个维度分别解释总变异方差的20.846%、20.526%、20.367%,其累计贡献率为61.758%,且量表内部健康描述系统中五维度与VAS的相关系数r依次为:-0.475、-0.415、-0.517、-0.494和-0.444。结论:中文版EQ-5D-3L具有较好的信度和效度,可用于评价慢性肾脏病患者的生活质量。Objective：To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the EuroQol Group＇ s 5 - domain 3 level questionnaire （EQ -5 D -3 L） in patients of chronic kidney disease （CKD）. Methods ：450 patients with C KD were evaluated with EQ -5 D -3 L by face to face interview, and 45 of them were retested about two months later. Results：The reliability of the healthy description system showed that Cronbaeh＇ ot coefficient was 0.815, the test - retest reliability of the five domains and VAS were between 0. 150 - 0. 450. The validity of the healthy description system showed that the mobility, self - care, usual activities analysis 20. 846%, 20. 526%, 20. 367% of the total variance, respectively, and the accumulated variance was 61. 758% ; the correlated co- efficiens between five domains and VAS were - 0.475, - 0.415, - 0.517, - 0.494 and - 0.444. Conclusion ：The Chinese version of EQ -5D -3L possesses good reliability and validity, it is a valid instrument for the measurement of health status in CKD patients.
