摘　　要：国家农业综合开发水土保持项目东北黑土区水土流失综合防治工程自2008年立项实施以来,投资规模不断增加,建设范围不断扩大,一期项目于2011年通过国家农发办和水利部验收,二期工程正在全面开展。项目建设取得了显著的成效,为东北黑土区水土流失治理起到了良好的示范作用。Since the National Soil Conservation Project carried out in 2008, the investment and construction scale of erosion control in black soil areas in the Northeast China has been expanded constantly. Phase-I of the project passed the check and acceptance of National Agriculture Development Office and Ministry of Water Re- sources in 2011. The implemented Phase-II has also achieved good result that gives a demonstration for soil conservation in the black soil area in Northeast China.
