摘 要:【目的】为明确200g,L吡虫啉SL、200g/LT硫克百威EC、50%吡蚜酮棉蚜的防治效果,开展了3种药剂的田间防效试验。【结果】以200g/L吡虫啉SLl5~45ga.i./hm^2、200g/L硫克百威EC90~180ga.i./hm^2和50%吡蚜酮WG60—90ga.i./hm^2剂量叶面喷雾,药后l、7d防效分别为82.31%~92.02%、77.23%~95.31%、76.67%~91.11%和86.30%一96.71%、86.83%一96.53%、94.87%一98.73%。【结论】200gmn吡虫啉sL和50%毗蚜酮wG持效期均在7d以上,200g/L丁硫克百威Ec速效性较强。200g/L吡虫啉SL、200g/L丁硫克百威Ec和50%吡蚜酮wG的推荐使用剂量分别为30~45、135—180、60—75ga.i./hm^2。[Aims] The field efficacy trial was conducted to confirm the control effect of imidacloprid 200 g/L SL, carbosulfan 200 g/L EC and pymetrozine 50% WG on Aphis gossypff. [Results] The results showed that the efficacy of imidacloprid 200 g/L SL, carbosulfan 200 g/L EC and pymetrozine 50% WG with dosages of 15-45, 90-180 and 60-90 g a.i./ha respectively were 82.31-92.02, 77.23-95.31 and 76.67-91.11% against Aphis gossypii on the first day after spraying treatment, the efficacy were 86.30-96.71, 86.83-96.53 and 94.87-98.73% respectively on the seventh day. [Conclusions] Persistence period of both of imidacloprid 200 g/L SL and pymetrozine 50% WG reach over 7 days, carbosulfan 200 g/L EC has good readily availability. The usage of imidacloprid 200 g/L SL, carbosulfan 200 g/L EC and pymetrozine 50% WG with 30-45, 135-180 and 60-75 g a.i./ha are recommended respectively.
