济南玉清水厂技改工程的设计、施工与运行

摘　　要：济南玉清水厂技改工程将原常规静态混合、平流沉淀池、V型砂滤池分别改造为机械混合、浮沉池、V型活性炭滤池,同时增加了机械混合、高锰酸盐和粉末活性炭投加、紫外线消毒等新工艺,实际运行表明,改造后出水水质优于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)。另外,针对水厂建设改进了施工方法,为同类水厂的设计、施工与运行提供了经验借鉴。The conventional static mixer, horizontal-flow sedimentation tank and V-filter were transformed into mechanical mixer, floating-settling tank and biological activated carbon V-filter respec- tively in the technical transformation project of Jinan Yuqing Waterworks, while increasing new technolo- gies such as mechanical mixing, permanganate and PAC dosing and UV disinfection. The operation re- sults showed that the effluent quality met the requirement of the Standards for Drinking Water Quality （GB 5749 -2006）. In addition, the construction method in the waterworks construction was improved, which can provide reference for design, construction and operation of similar waterworks.
