摘  要:针对高瓦斯易自燃厚煤层开采时所引发的系列安全问题,以研究煤层超前注水为切入点,以义马耿村矿12200综放工作面为研究背景,展开煤层注水工艺参数及效果的研究。研究发现,采用"多排扇形立体注水"可使煤体含湿率显著增加。对煤体注水前后相关参数的实测数据分析表明,"多排扇形立体注水"的超前压注工艺措施对降低工作面及进回风顺槽粉尘浓度、预防采空区浮煤自燃及抑制工作面瓦斯涌出的作用显著。此研究对高瓦斯易自燃综放面的综合灾害防治具有一定的理论及现实意义。Aimed at a series of security problems that arouse from the mining of high gas and inflammable thick seam,and took the advanced water injection as the breakthrough point,the technological parameters and the effects of water injection in coal seam were studied based on 12200 fully machined workface of Yima mine.The study found that the moisture content of coal increased significantly by using the multiple rows and fan-shaped stereo water injection technology.Through analyzing the monitoring data before and after water injection,the presented water injection technology was found has significant effect on dust concentration reduction in return and intake airflow laneway,coal spontaneous prevention in goaf,and gas emission inhibition in coal face.The study had certain theory and practical significance in preventing the hazard on the fully machined workface with high gas and inflammable thick seam.
