摘　　要：促使我国企业海外直接投资的动因主要是为了获取区位优势、内部化优势、实现范围经济 ,另外也包括学习曲线和厂商增长嗜好的作用 .对于中国企业而言 ,目前所拥有的优势可概括为小规模制造技术、民族产品、政治风险低及在少数领域中的技术优势 .The inducements on foreign investment of Chinese enterprises are acquiring zonal advantage, and foreign investment can enforce Chinese enterprises developing internalized advantage and scope economic. Other reasons are the function of learning curve and business desire on growth and development. Manufacturing technique in small scale, national product, low political risk and technological advantage in few fields are advantages in foreign investment of Chinese enterprises.
