山西省种子产业发展现状及对策研究

摘　　要：文章剖析了国外种业公司进入对我国种业的影响,分析了国内种业发展的基本趋势,从横向和纵向两个方面指出了我国种业整合模式与途径,并结合山西种业发展现状,提出了山西种业发展的基本策略和促进山西种业发展的政策建议,如加强政府指导、健全保障机制、增加资金投入、优化政策环境等。Effect of introduction of foreign seed company on China＇s seed industry was analyzed in the paper. Basic trends of the development of China＇s seed industry were discussed. Integrated modes and ways of seed industry in China were pointed out from transverse joint and longitudinal joint. According to the actual situation of Shanxi Province, basic strategies of developing seed industry in Shanxi Province and policy suggestions were pointed out, such as strengthening guidance of government, perfecting guarantee mechanism, increasing financial investment, optimizing policy environment, etc.
