摘  要:在分析能源(煤)化工基地物质代谢特点的基础上,构建能源(煤)化工基地物质流分析框架,并以宁东能源(煤)化工基地为案例,深入分析基地内不同行业物质代谢规模、效率以及污染结构。研究结果表明:火力发电行业是基地内最大的污染物排放源,其污染物排放量占大气污染物排放总量的82.98%;煤化工行业水资源利用效率最低,其新鲜水生产率最低,而废水排放率最高;新型材料制造行业物质消耗强度和污染物排放强度在各行业中均是最高的。The demand for coal and chemical industry product increased because of rising prices of petroleum and natural gas. As a result, large scale coal chemistry bases emerged in succession in China. These bases have been playing an important role to ease the conflicts of petroleum and natural gas supply and demand. On the oth er hand, these bases have become threats to local environment. It is therefore important to consider the metabo lism scale and efficiency. In this paper we proposed to use the indicators derived from MFA to build an analytical framework that applies to energy (coal) chemical base. The analytical framework and methodology were applied to a case study of an coal chemical base located in Ningxia province. The major finding is that the thermal power generation is the most importantly emission source of pollutant which accounted for 82.98% of the total atmos pheric pollutant. Coal chemical industry which water use efficiency is the least, has the least fresh water produc tivity and the highest waste water rate. For both of material consumption intensity and pollutant emission intensi ty, the new material production industry is the most high one among all the industries.
