技师参与血管造影设备管理的实践与体会

摘　　要：目的总结14年管理实践经验,探索放射技师参与数字减影血管造影设备维护管理的有效方法。方法根据数字减影血管造影设备的结构和介入工作的特点,从系统理论的角度出发,探索放射技师从设备的安装调试-使用-维护保养-一般故障排除的全程管理模式,采用了强化放射技师的培养,制定正确使用的规章制度,规范设备的维护保养和及时排除设备一般故障等相应的管理方法。结果自1996年5月至2011年8月,共完成各种介入手术16895例,设备使用率为99%,无一例因设备故障而造成不良医疗事件。结论技师参与血管造影设备管理是行之有效的方法,减少了设备的损耗,有效保障了仪器设备始终处于良好的工作状态,保证介入治疗的顺利进行。Objective To explore the method for the equipment management of digital subtraction angiogra- phy （DSA） based on fourteen years＇ experience. Methods According to the characteristics of DSA equipment and interventional radiology, radiology technicians introduced lots of equipment management measures from systematic theory, such as the strengthening of the training of technicians, the development of regulations on the equipment us- age, standardization of the process and method of maintenance and the rapid management of common breakdown. Results From May 1996 to August 2010, a total of 16 895 cases of interventional procedure were performed. The rate of equipment used in good condition went up to 99%. There was no equipment-related adverse events occurred. Conclusion It is effective to manage the DSA equipment by technicians using systematic management, which decreases the wear and tear of equipments, guarantees that equipment continue to operate properly and safely, thereby en- suring the success of interventional treatment.
