摘  要:根据核电压力壳筒体锻件拔长工艺的变形特点 ,本文提出衡量其变形优劣的定量化指标 :内部变形均匀度、端面变形率、内孔畸变率和拔长效率。采用密栅云纹法和刚 -粘塑性有限元法研究了核电筒体锻件上平下 V砧芯轴拔长 V砧砧角对变形的影响 ,综合上述各定量指标 ,较合理的 V砧砧角为According to the deforming peculiarity of drawing of nuclear RPV cylinder forging ,four quantitative indicia were defined to determine the quality of deformation in this paper as :uniformity of internal deformation ,deforming ratio at the end of forging,distortion ratio of hole and drawing efficiency The influence of V anvil angle to deformation was studied for mandral drawing of nuclear cylinder forging with Upper flat and Lower V\|Shaped anvils by means of moire and FE method It is found that 110° is a rational anvil angle according to the four quantitative indicia.
