摘 要:以植物纤维为原料干法热压成型制备餐具过程中,上模温度、加压压力和加压时间与产品外观品质直接相关。在已开发的原料配方和干法热压成型机的基础上,利用响应面分析法,研究了上模温度、加压压力和加压时间对植物纤维餐具干法热压成型产品外观品质影响的规律,确定压制成型工艺的最优条件为:上模温度181℃、加压压力18 MPa、加压时间9 s。The plant fiber tableware dry-hot forming process was optimized by response surface methodology. Three independent variables, such as molding pressure, molding temperature and molding time have significant effects on the appearance quality of tableware. A three-factor quadratic regression rotation combination design was employed to study the response, and the interaction of the factors on the appearance quality was also investigated. By analyzing the response surface, a polynomial regression equation was obtained and the optimal conditions of dry-hot forming process were gained, they are: molding temperature of 181℃ , molding pressure of 18 MPa, and pressure duration time of 9 s.
