摘 要:储气井定期检验得出的比较典型的两个问题是固井质量差和腐蚀减薄(尤其是井筒上部)。对于固井质量差的储气井,在上部进行加固处理。本文采用有限元方法,考虑混凝土材料特性,分析了加固混凝土对储气井井筒的加强作用,讨论了钢筋混凝土的配筋率对加强效应的影响。提出了加固状态下腐蚀减薄(超过腐蚀裕量)储气井免除降压的建议,并对目前的加固方案提出了改进措施。It is obtained from the results of the periodical inspection for the early gas storage wells (GSWs) that the cementing quality is poor and the corrosion on upper well pipe is obvious. Because of the poor cementing quality, these GSWs are treated with reinforcing concrete. By the finite element analysis (FEA) concerning the property of the concrete, strengthening effect of the reinforcing concrete to the well bore is analyzed, and the relation of the strengthening effect with the steel ratio is discussed. It is suggested from the FEA that the maximum allowable working pressure of the GSW with corrosive thinning (exceeding the corrosion allowance) on upper well pipe should not be reduced normally after effective reinforcing treatment with concrete. Some suggestions are also proposed for improving on the reinforcing treatment program.
