鸦胆子油乳注射液联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨鸦胆子油乳注射液联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果。方法 100例晚期胃癌患者随机分成观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用鸦胆子油乳注射液联合FOLFOX4方案化疗。对照组单纯采用FOLFOX4方案化疗。化疗前后常规给予注射用盐酸昂丹司琼8 mg静脉滴注止吐。两组连续化疗2个周期后进行疗效评价。结果 94例患者可行疗效评价,观察组近期有效率高于对照组,白细胞及血小板减少,恶心、呕吐及腹泻发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中位生存时间分别为8.9和8.1个月,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论鸦胆子油乳注射液联合FOLFOX4方案治疗晚期胃癌可提高疗效及生存质量,减少化疗的毒副反应。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Bruceolic oil emulsion combined with FOLFOX4 in treating advanced carcinoma of stomach.Methods 100 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into two groups randomly（n=50）.The therapy group were treated with FOLFOX4 chemotherapy combined with Bruceolic oil emulsion,while the control group with only FOLFOX4 chemotherapy.The patients were all injected Ondansetron hydrochloride（8 mg） before and after chemotherapy for antiemesis.The therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared after consecutive chemotherapy for two weeks.Results 94 patients were evaluated.Compared with control group,the effective rate in therapy group was higher,the incidences of blood platelets and leucopenia,nausea,vomiting and diarrhea were significantly lower（P0.05）;Meta-life span of both groups were 8.9 months and 8.1 months respectively,and the differences were of no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Treatment of Bruceolic oil emulsion combined with FOLFOX4 in treating advanced carcinoma of stomach may improve curative effect and quality of life,and reduce toxic and side-effect of chemotherapy.
