局部转移皮瓣联合应用在手部多指皮肤软组织缺损修复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨局部转移皮瓣联合应用在手部多指皮肤软组织缺损修复中的应用效果。方法对18例42指损伤伴皮肤软组织缺损的手指,根据手指损伤的部位、形状、面积设计局部转移皮瓣,修复创面。结果术后皮瓣全部成活,随访3～9个月,皮瓣质地优良,无明显疼痛,指间关节活动正常。结论局部转移皮瓣联合应用是修复手部多指皮肤软组织缺损的首选方法。Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined application of local flap grafting in repairing dermal soft tissue loss of hand hyperdactylism.Methods 42 fingers of dermal soft tissue loss and injuries in 18 patients were repaired by local flap grafting according to the position,shape and area of the injuries.Results All skin flaps survived after operation with fine skin flaps,no obvious pain and normal interphalangeal joint motion after 3-9 months′ following up.Conclusion Combined application of local flap grafting is preferred in repairing dermal soft tissue loss of hand hyperdactylism.
