摘　　要：目的探讨长期低剂量慢性辐射对特殊环境工作人员急性龋、咽喉炎及口干症状发病情况的影响,客观分析特殊环境工作人员的口腔健康状况,为进一步提高防护能力提供依据。方法采用WHO公布的《口腔健康调查基本方法》和标准器材,参考最新WHO标准分级方法,对特殊环境工作人员急性龋、咽喉炎及口干症状发病情况进行调查分析。结果特殊环境工作人员急性龋总发病率和口干症状发生率均高于普通环境工作人员,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而咽喉炎总发病率与普通环境工作人员比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长期小剂量慢性电离辐射可影响特殊环境工作人员的口腔健康,因此有必要加强特殊环境工作人员口腔疾病的预防和治疗,提高个体防护意识,加强放射剂量监测与防护措施,切实减少电离辐射对特殊环境工作人员健康损害。Objective To explore the effect of the acute caries,laryngopharyngitis and symptoms of xerostomia for long term and low dose radiation on exposure personnel in order to further improve the defensive ability which was based on objective analysis of people′ buccal healthy condition.Methods Incidence of acute caries,laryngopharyngitis and symptoms of xerostomia in exposure personnel of long term and low dose radiation were investigated by the basic oral health survey method of WHO with standard equipments according to the latest standard grading method of WHO.Results Total prevalence rates of acute caries and symptoms of xerostomia on exposure personnel were higher than those of ordinary personnel（P0.05）;while there was no significant difference between exposure personnel and ordinary personnel in the rate of laryngopharyngitis（P0.05）.Conclusion Long term and low dose of radiation would break the physiological balance.It is necessary to do more special oral health care,further improve the individual defensive consciousness,strengthen the radiation monitoring and defensive measures and reduce radiation damage on special personnel.
