湖北省无烟医疗卫生系统创建暗访结果分析

摘　　要：目的通过暗访调查,了解湖北省无烟医疗卫生系统创建工作的实施效果和不足之处,为此项工作提供信息参考。方法采用卫生部《无烟医疗卫生机构评估标准评分表》中的暗访内容,通过隐秘拍摄、填写问卷的方式,抽取部分医疗卫生机构开展暗访,从无烟环境设置和室内吸烟情况两个方面进行分析。结果在暗访内容满分100分的前提下,医疗卫生机构平均得分42.1分,室内存在吸烟现象的比例为88.6%,设置禁烟标志项平均得分40.3分,50.0%的机构有控烟宣传,仅10.5%的医疗机构开设了戒烟门诊,17.0%的机构设有室外吸烟区。结论湖北省医疗卫生系统禁烟工作总体情况不容乐观,卫生行政部门应发挥其在控烟方面的行政指令作用,并开展控烟能力培训和广泛的控烟宣传。Objective To understand effect and deficiencies of implementing tobacco-free in Hubei health system through secret inquires, and provide reference for this work. Methods Secret inquiries were carried out by taking secret shoot and filling questionnaires designed by Ministry of Health. The status of tobacco-free environment and smoking indoor were analyzed. Results The average score of all the health system was 42. 1 point （ total score： 100 point）. The rate of smoking indoor was 88.6%. The average point of setting No Smoking logo was 40. 3. 50. 0% of the health unites had to- bacco control advertise. Only 10. 5% of them provided smoking cessation service, and 17.0% of them set smoking areas outdoor. Conclusion The overall status of tobacco-free in health system is not optimistic. Health administration depart- ment should improve tobacco control implementation and launch training and propaganda of tobacco control.
