西安市760名儿科医务人员婴幼儿喂养知识及需求评估

摘　　要：目的了解陕西省西安市儿科医务人员婴幼儿喂养知识知晓率和需求情况,为开展针对性的婴幼儿喂养知识宣传教育提供科学依据。方法自行设计问卷,采用分层整群的抽样方法,对西安市的760名儿科医务人员进行调查。结果医生、医技人员及护士对婴幼儿喂养知识的知晓率分别为85.12%、81.73%和80.26%。医生对于母乳量的正确估计和婴儿奶量的知晓率分别为85.55%和79.88%,高于医技人员及护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在营养素补充剂特别是维生素和矿物质如铁、钙的使用上,医生的知晓率普遍高于护士及医技人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而医生、医技人员和护士在辅食添加和幼儿喂养的知晓率之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);超过70%的调查对象的婴幼儿喂养知识主要来源为书籍、报刊杂志及讲座;几乎所有的医务人员(98.95%)都表示愿意进一步学习婴幼儿喂养相关知识;超过70%的调查对象愿意通过讲座和宣传册的形式来学习婴幼儿喂养知识。结论儿科医务人员的婴幼儿喂养知识有待进一步提高。Objective To understand the infant feeding related knowledge awareness and needs among pediatric medical staffs in Xi＇an, and provide basis for the propaganda and education on infant feeding. Methods 760 pediatric medical staffs were investigated with the self-designed questionnaire by stratified cluster sampling method. Results The awareness rates of infant feeding of doctors, medical technicians and nurses were 85.12% , 81.73% and 80. 26%, re- spectively. The doctors＇ awareness rates of the amount of breast and the milk of 6 - 12 months infant were 85.55% and 79. 88%, higher than those of technicians and nurses （P 〈 0.05）. The doctors＇ awareness rates of nutrient supplements, especially vitamins and minerals such as iron, calcium were higher than those of nurses and medical technicians （P 〈 0.05 ）. It was no significant difference on the awareness rates of food supplement and infant feeding among doctors, medi- cal technicians and nurses （ P 〉 0.05 ）. More than 70% of the respondents gained infant feeding knowledge from books, magazines and lectures, and almost all respondents （98.95%） were willing to learn the knowledge of infant feeding fur- ther. More than 70% of the respondents recommended that the most appreciated learning method were lectures and book- lets. Conclusion It is need to further enhance the awareness of infant feeding knowledge for the pediatric medical staffs.
