海南省急诊专科护士急救知识及其需求调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解我省急诊科专科护士急救知识的掌握及其需求情况,为今后有针对性的培训提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计的调查表,以非随机—整群抽样的方法,对453名急诊科专科护士进行调查。结果急诊科专科护士知识的合格率低(24.50%);不同职称(高、中、低)、不同学历(本科、大专、中专)组的测试结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);急诊科护士的专科知识培训需求率高(93.38%)。结论急诊科护士专科知识缺乏,应引起各级医疗卫生管理部门的高度重视,急救知识的培训亟待加强。Objective To understand the mastering and demand of the first aid knowledge of nurse specialists in the Emergency Department, and to provide scientific information for targeted training in the future. Methods Four hundred and fifty-three nurse specialists in the Emergency Department were investigated by self-designed question- naires with the method of non random cluster sampling. Results The pass rate of the nurse specialists in the Emer- gency Department was low （22.30%）. Results revealed statistically significant difference between the nurse specialists for different titles and different academic backgrounds （P〈0.05）. The demand for professional knowledge training was high （90.29%）. Conclusion The nurse specialists in the Emergency Department is in lack of related knowledge, so the health care management departments at all levels should attach importance to this situation and urgently strengthen the first aid training.
