摘　　要：大学毕业生就业政策是高等教育政策的重要组成部分。文章结合大学毕业生就业政策演变历程,对大学毕业生就业政策特征进行分析,认为大学毕业生就业政策具有如下特征:就业选择由国家统包统分走向双向选择及自主择业,利益取向由单纯的国家利益走向国家利益、组织利益和个人利益的统一,就业安排由国家统包统揽走向国家宏观引导与微观项目支持相结合,就业激励由定性走向定性与定量相结合。Employment policy for university graduates is an important part of higher education policies. In view of its change process, the paper analyses the characteristics of university graduates＇ employment policy as follows ： employment choice changes from state overall arrangement to two -way choice and choice on one＇s own; benefits o- rientation move from state to the unity of state,organization and individuals; employment arrangement evolves from state overall consideration to state guidance and concrete programme; employment reward improves from qualitative mechanism to qualitive and quantitative combination.
