摘　　要：高校档案在高校发展中的作用日趋重要，但在新时期，高校档案管理滞后于高校的发展，显现出新时期特有的问题，本文对这些问题进行了分析和讨论，提出了解决的对策。It is to play an important role in to development of universities day by day for the universities archives. But in the new era, universities archives delay the development of universities and appear more problems. The paper has analyzed and discussed these problems, and suggested some solution strategies.
