女性笑台形态测量及其在下睑整形手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过测量现代汉族女性的笑台宽度，为下睑整形手术中笑台重建术提供理论依据。方法用游标卡尺精确测量300例（600侧）女性的笑台宽度，其中青年组（20—25岁）150例，中年组（40～45岁）150例。结果青年组女性笑台宽度为（3．56±1．02）mm，中年组女性笑台宽度为（6．014±0．94）mm，两组之间笑台宽度的差异有统计学意义（P=0）。结论笑台的宽度与年龄存在一定的关系，随着年龄的增长，笑台逐渐变宽下移，该结果可为笑台重建术提供一定的参考。Objective To measure the morphological characteristics of the female pretarsal fullness and provide a theoretical basis for lower blepharoplasty. Methods The width of pretarsal fullness were measured with calipers in 300 women selected by random, including 150 young women and 150 middle-aged women. Results The width of pretarsal fullness in the young and middle-aged groups is （3.56±1.02） ram, and （6.01±0.94） mm, respectively. There was significant differences between the two groups （ P =0）. Conclus ion There is a certain relationship between the age and the pretarsal fullness width. The data have some reference value to pretarsal fullness reconstruction.
