摘 要:目的评估核磁共振成像(MRI)联合重睑成形术中组织称量的方法,研究上睑的不对称性可行性。方法随机抽取重睑成形术者18例,年龄(20.89±1.57)岁,均为女性。术前及术后3个月行上睑MRI成像,测量上睑软组织厚度(包括眶隔脂肪截面积、肌下纤维脂肪组织截面积、眶部眼轮匝肌厚度和睑部眼轮匝肌厚度),并对重睑成形术中切除的上睑眼轮匝肌和眶隔脂肪进行高精度称量。结果MRI联合术中,组织称量的方法均可对上睑软组织厚度的不对称性作出评估。术前,MRI测量上睑各数据,右眼均大于左眼(P〈0.05);术中软组织称量,右眼均大于左眼(P〈0.05);术后,除肌下纤维脂肪组织截面积在左、右眼的差异有显著的统计学意义(P〈0.05)外,左、右眼的其余测量值差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论MRI影像学测量和术中软组织高精度称量能够准确地反应上睑软组织的厚度,是手术评估的有效方法。Objective To assess a method of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and tissue weighing during double eyelid blepharoplasty and research the feasibility of asymmetry of upper eyelids. Methods Eighteen female cases undergoing double eyelid blepharoplasty were randomly selected, with a mean age of 20. 89 :t: 1.57 years old. MRI was taken in oblique-sagittal directions on their upper eyelids preoperatively and 3 months postoperatively. The areas and thicknesses of the soft tissue [ including areas of orbit fat and submuscular fibroadipose tissue (SMFAT) , thicknesses of the orbieularis oeuli muscle] were measured by MRI. The reseeted tissue (including orbit fat and orbicularis) was weighted intraoperatively. Results Both MRI and tissue weighing dur- ing surgery could evaluate the soft tissue thickness of upper eyelids. Before the surgery, there were statistical differences between all the quantitative parameters between the right and the left eyelids ( P〈0.05 ). There were also statistical differences of the weight of the resected tissue between right and left eyelids ( P 〈 0.05 ). Three months after surgery, there were no statistical differences for most of the quantitative parameters between both eyelids ( P 〉 0.05 ), except for the value of SMFAT cross-sectional area ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion High definition MRI measurement and high-precision soft tissue weighing eould accurately refleet the soft tissue thickness of upper eyelid, and have a good consistence.
