生殖器官整形手术的美学思考

摘　　要：目的从美学角度探讨生殖器官整形手术的术式、方法，以达到美学效果。方法自2005年1月至2011年12月，应用上蒂瓣法小阴唇肥大缩小整形术、保留阴道黏膜阴道紧缩术、尿道黏膜会阴前庭成形术、阴囊皮瓣阴茎延长术、阴茎根部环切包皮过长矫正术共治疗183例患者。所采用的手术设计、切口选择均从手术效果、正常解剖形态、功能影响和美学角度等方面考虑。结果所有患者术后无并发症发生，术中未破坏会阴部正常解剖结构，切口隐蔽，效果理想。获随访3—24个月，生殖器外观的美学效果满意。结论从美学角度设计生殖器官的手术方法，在恢复正常解剖结构的同时，获得了生理功能及美学外观的效果。Objective To explore the procedure and methods of plastic surgery of reproductive organs so as to achieve the aesthetic effect in aesthetic view. Methods From January 2005 to December 2011, the labia minora reduction with superior pedicle flap method, vaginal tightening with vaginal mucous membrane reservation, perineal vestibular plasty using urethral mucous, penis lengthening using scrotal flaps and penis foreskin correction with circumcision at base of penis was perforned on 183 cases, the operative designs and incisional choices were adopted following the surgical effects, the normal anatomy and functions as well as aesthetics. Resuits All patients were satisfied with the results with few complications, concealed incision, unbroken anatomical structure of perineal region and ideal postoperative effects. The satisfactory aesthetic effects were achieved after 3 to 24 months follow-up. Conclusion The design of the operative methods of reproductive organs according to the aesthetics could both restore normally anatomic structure and get aesthetic effect of appearance.
