股薄肌皮瓣修复会阴部缺损的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨应用股薄肌皮瓣修复会阴部缺损的有效方法。方法以供区耻骨结节下方8～9cm处作为股薄肌皮瓣血管蒂的体表标志，以此为中心点，设计并制作大腿内侧股薄肌皮瓣，向内上旋转修复会阴缺损部位。结果本组共12例，肌皮瓣面积为6ClTI×18cm～10etll×24cm，所有皮瓣均I期成活，术后获随访6～36个月，其功能正常，效果满意。结论股薄肌皮瓣动脉血供恒定，解剖位置清楚，皮瓣旋转轴心固定，对会阴部缺损的手术修复可I期完成，是一种良好的手术方法。Objective To explore the methods of repairing perineal defects using the gracilis muscle flap. Methods The position of 8 to 9 cm below the pubic tubercle was regarded as the landmark of body surface of blood vessel pedicle of the gracilis muscle flap, the position worked as center, the gracilis muscle flap inside thighs was designed and made and then the flap was rotated upward to repair the defects. Results Tile size of the flaps in 12 patients ranged from 6 cm x 18 cm to 10 cm x24 cm and all healed primarily. After 6 to 36 months following up, all patients were satisfied with normal functions. Conclusion Application of the gracilis muscle flap is a good method for repairing the perineal defects with such advantages as a constant blood supply, clearly anatomical position, fixative rotating axis and primary repair.
