自制替代乳头器临床应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:通过对自制替代乳头器临床应用效果观察,期望为乳头异常致母乳喂养困难者找到可靠的解决方法。方法:对60例产妇使用替代乳头器,其中52例乳头异常(研究组),8例正常乳头(对照组),分别对使用前后进行自身对照,同时在婴儿吸吮时对产妇下乳感和子宫收缩情况进行对比观察分析。结果:研究组产妇使用替代乳头器后婴儿均能很好含吸乳头并有节奏吸吮,96.2%产妇有明显的下乳感,92.3%有明显子宫收缩。对照组产妇既能自行母乳喂养也能使用替代乳头器有效母乳喂养。结论:替代乳头器使用方便,结构简单,制作成本低,有助于乳头异常产妇母乳喂养成功。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of a novel artificial nipple apparatus on patients with breast-feeding difficulty caused by nipple abnormalities. Methods： a novel artificial nipple apparatus was applied in 60 cases of maternal women, which included 52 patients with nipple abnormalities and 8 women with normal nipple. The sensation of maternal milk excretion in response to baby sucking and uterine contraction were com- pared before and after using of the apparatus, Results： All 52 patients with nipple abnormalities received satisfac- tory and rhythmic nipple suction from the babies. 96.2% of the patients felt the sensation of suction and 92.3% of them had apparent contraction of the uterus. In the 8 cases with normal nipple, the mothers can feed their babies without difficulty either with their own nipple or with the artificial nipple. Conclusions： This novel nipple apparatus is safe, convenient, cheap and easy to make. It can help the patients with breast-feeding difficulty due to nipple abnormalities to feed the babies successfully.
